Cancellations, Returns and International Shipping

Cancellations:

​When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy the item and you complete the check-out payment process. UK law applies to all purchases. There is no option to cancel any commission piece, or any piece that has been altered  from its original condition at your request.

 

For all other items, if you wish to cancel, this must be confirmed in writing within 48-hours of the order being placed. Any cancellations after this time will not be accepted. Where a cancellation has been accepted, once your payment has cleared, your cancellation will be processed. This can take up to 14 working days for the payment being cleared and you will receive a full refund of the payment made less any payment processing cost - dependent upon the method of payment, this may be up to 5% of the total payment made.

Returns:
In the unlikely event that an item is received in a damaged condition, it can be returned for a replacement only. You will need to notify us within 48-hours of receipt of any damage, and provide photographs of the damage. The damaged item will need to be returned by tracked and signed for courier, in its original packaging, within seven calendar days of  the date on which you received the piece. You are responsible for any postage costs.

 

Once the damaged item has been received, we will contact you to confirm when a replacement will be sent out. Please note, if the damaged piece is an original, it may take up to 10-weeks for Caroline to produce a new work.

International Shipping:

We can deliver your piece to an address outside of the UK, subject to any local import restrictions. Please note that an additional international shipping charge may apply, and that you will be responsible for any import duty or customs charges that may be applied.
