Day of the Dead

Caroline has experimented with Day of the Dead pieces in the past and has now revisited the theme, but this time in a bright, celebratory way, focussing on feelings of kindness, honour, care, and respect.

After extensive research into the festival, she has taken elements of both traditional and modern day Mexican costume and architecture to create a vibrant and joyful piece to show that light can come from darkness.
